Returning your casual wear

Thanks for shopping at Dean Wiltshire Clothing, if your not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.  We have a 14 days return policy. We ask that you return  your item/s unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Proof of purchase for the item/s is required to enable the return to be processed.  

Once we receive your item/s we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s.  Once your return is approved we will then initiate a refund to your method of payment, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer policies.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning goods, shipping costs are non refundable.  If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
